1 lb. 15L Crystal malt in a muslin hop bag, steeped for 30 minutes between 148 and 155 F
0.5 oz. Cascade hops for boil (bittering)- 60 min
0.5 oz. Cascade hops 20 minutes before the end of the boil (flavor)
1.0 oz. Cascade hops at the end of the boil for aroma
